  1.                          ZIYA LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. LICENSE GRANT. The software programs (the "Program") are owned by
  4. Ziya Corporation ("Ziya"). The Program is licensed to you
  5. ("Customer"). You are granted a non-exclusive right to use one copy
  6. of the enclosed program (the "Program") on a single computer system
  7. or network node.  
  8.  
  9. COPYING. You may make one copy of the Program solely for backup or
  10. archival purpose.  
  11.  
  12. TRANSFER. You may not sell, license, lend, give away, or otherwise
  13. transfer the Program to others, except that you may permanently
  14. transfer the Program and accompanying materials provide you retain no
  15. copies and the recipient agrees to the term of this License
  16. Agreement. Any transfer must include the most recent update and all
  17. prior versions.
  18.  
  19. MODIFICATION. You may not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or
  20. alter the Program.
  21.  
  22. REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS. A redistributable Slide King (the
  23. "Viewer") is included in this program. You may distribute it only in
  24. conjunction with and as a part of your Presentation ("Presentation":
  25. all files generated by Presentation King and associated graphic
  26. images, text and sound files, which are read, played and shown by the
  27. Viewer). The Viewer is royalty free if your Presentation is free. 
  28. The sample Presentations in this package is freely redistributable
  29. with Slide King. 
  30.  
  31. You are responsible for all claims, liabilities and damages arising
  32. from your distribution. 
  33.  
  34. You may not publish or distribute the computer images or sound files
  35. included with the Program as computer images or sound files.
  36.  
  37. LIMITED WARRANTY. Ziya warrants the physical disk(s) and physical
  38. documentation enclosed herein to be free of defects in materials and
  39. workmanship for a period of thirty days from the purchase date. Ziya
  40. will replace the defective disk(s) or documentation.
  41.  
  42. No warranty of any kind is made with respect to the Program.
  43. Customer assumes all risks with respect to the accuracy, adequacy, 
  44. quality, fitness, reliability, performance, or otherwise of such 
  45. Program.
  46.  
  47. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  48. Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective disk(s)
  49. or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  50. right or recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  51. loss of profit, data or use of the Program, or special, incidental or
  52. consequential damages, even if Ziya has been specifically advised for
  53. the possibility of such damages. In no event will Ziya's liability for
  54. any damages to you or any other parties ever exceed the suggested
  55. list price for the license to use the Program.

  60.                       SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
  61.  
  62. This is the Shareware License Agreement, a supplementary license
  63. agreement of ZIYA LICENSE AGREEMENT. This agreement is for Shareware
  64. Edition of the programs.
  65.  
  66. The Shareware Edition comes with absolutely no warranty.
  67.  
  68. You are encouraged to distribute SHAREWARE VERSION of this program,
  69. such as give to your friends and upload it to bulletin boards for NOT
  70. COMMERCIAL PURPOSE. You may distribute it in whole, not in parts.
  71.  
  72. Sale of the program for profit by anyone is strictly prohibited,
  73. except for a small service/material fee for duplication. That fee
  74. does not register you as a user of this software. 
  75.  
  76. This is shareware, not freeware. If you use this software after 60
  77. days evaluation, you are asked to register as a users with Ziya. You
  78. will receive a REGULAR VERSION by register.
